  I have about HAD it!! I called and talked to Tom on Saturday and he told me that nothing would be taken out on the first, that my payments had moved to the 15th lime I have been asking them to. Well what do you know, I just checked my account and I have a payment taken out for the 1st. You can bet that I will be in there first thing tomorrow morning but I have a feeling that I will be getting the run around again. I have talked to Tom and Kristi and neither one can seem to fix my account.
  
  UPDATE: So, according to the computer notes, my payments got moves to the 15th, but no one bothered to tell me. So, after having multiple revruns due to lack of communication, this month I got way more taken out on the 15th than should have been taken out. I call Tom, who says he will have the district manager fix. I'M STILL WAITING!!! I hate dealing with Kristi because she just gives me the run around. I wish I had never given them my card information to keep on file. The owner needs to have some refresher classes in customer service and telling the truth given to the employees. I will never deal with this store again and sure won't recommend to any friends.
