  Purchasing my wife's new car turned be a pleasant experience, although at first I was concerned because no one would return our call initially. I had requested a call from the sales chat online for a representative to call me three times. The third time was a charm. I was also upset that we had an appointment to look at a vehicle that wasn't even on their lot It was somewhere else in South Columbus. The new sales person Clayton showed us some other cars and everything turned out to be just fine.

  Service was awesome. Customer service was awesome too! I got all my questions answered, employees are very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back for any other help i need, or recommend this spot. I really appreciate the courtesy car wash and vac. My car REALLY needed it, thanks guys!

  joey is an amazing person at autonation Volkswagen he's not like other salesman he's very truthful and helpful I've been a hard customer for him but he kept his cool and finally got me a car I love. Definitely recommend going to him. He WILL find the car you want.
